Welcome to Can You Design?

By using Can You Design?, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Can You Design? is a design knowledge game created for learning, practice, competition, and entertainment.

Questions may cover typography, branding, color, layout, design principles, print, digital design, tools, and other areas of design.

Can You Design? is designed to help people test and strengthen their design knowledge.

Questions, explanations, scores, and other content are provided for learning and entertainment purposes.

A game score is not a professional certification, qualification, or formal assessment of someone's ability as a designer.

Players may be asked to provide a name or display name before playing.

Providing an email address is optional.

A traditional account is not currently required.

Players should not intentionally misuse, interfere with, damage, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Scores and results are intended for learning, competition, and entertainment.

Players may share their own scores and shareable results where that functionality is available.

Scores may not always represent a complete assessment of someone's design knowledge or professional ability.

The Can You Design? name, branding, original questions, explanations, graphics, game experience, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Can You Design?, unless otherwise stated.

Players may share their personal game results and any shareable graphics specifically provided by Can You Design?.

Do not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of the question database or other original Can You Design? content without permission.

Some questions may reference design tools, software, brands, products, terminology, logos, or other third-party materials for educational or identification purposes.

Third-party names, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Can You Design? is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.

Do not use Can You Design? to:

• interfere with or disrupt the service
• attempt unauthorized access
• intentionally manipulate or abuse game systems
• scrape or extract substantial portions of the question database
• access information belonging to other players without authorization
• use the service in violation of applicable law

Can You Design? is an evolving product.

Questions, features, game modes, and functionality may be added, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

We work to make Can You Design? useful and accurate, but mistakes can happen.

Questions, answers, explanations, and other content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

If you notice something that appears incorrect, we welcome feedback.

These Terms may be updated as Can You Design? evolves.
